Wines are crafted by Paul Gordon who holds a diploma in Oenology from Roseworthy College, South Australia. After completing the course, he laboured in major wine regions such as Barossa Valley and Coonawarra. He strongly believes that “high-quality wines can't be made without fantastic fruit”.
